- Towny is great, but it requires a steady flow of active people for it to keep being interesting. A fully survival world with maybe a creative one on the side would probably have more replayability. - Maybe get Jobs/McMMO if you haven't already.
I personally feel more inclined towards pure survival with the thought of just "hanging out". But Towny is cool too, especially for newer players. Also, please don't forget the shops if you're gonna do jobs and stuff. Apart from that, we need a Discord server pls.

If you need a ready-made Jobs config, I can see if I have an old one that still works. Lots of work getting all that set up, so may be good to start with an existing base. Also, agreed with the Survival thing. Could always turn Survival into a secondary mining world if you do manage to get new people in on a regular basis -- Multiverse is wonderful like that. Another tip: Swap the inputs on Chestshop. Left click to buy, right click to sell. May take a bit of getting used to, but it's far friendlier to newbies as it follows what's actually on the sign.
